Hi, I'm Tash
OWNER and CREATIVE DIRECTOR
I've always been creative at heart - whether it was drawing, painting, crafting, or baking. But it wasn’t until high school that I knew I wanted to turn creativity into a career. After graduating in 2015, I went on to study at Yoobee School of Design, earning an NZ Diploma in Digital Media and Design.
I started my design career in 2017, working at a local design and print studio as a Graphic Designer and Print Production Assistant. This role gave me invaluable hands-on experience in print production. I learned how to design with print in mind, the tricks of the trade, and the limitations of different printing techniques. But as much as I loved the work, I felt like I had hit a ceiling. I wasn’t able to connect with clients the way I wanted to, and my name wasn’t attached to any of the projects I worked on. I kept wondering, what if?
So, I took the leap. I left my stable job to start Goldie Creative, and I haven’t looked back!
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, both businesses and couples planning their weddings, on a wide range of projects, from concept design to print production. Goldie Creative has given me the creative freedom to bring unique ideas to life, collaborate on amazing projects, and connect with so many inspiring business owners.
I’m a self-proclaimed perfectionist and pour my heart and soul into every project I take on. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, rooting for your success every step of the way.
My home-based office is in Orewa, just north of Auckland’s CBD. When I’m not designing, you’ll find me exploring the ocean with my fiancé (and scuba diving buddy), James, or walking along the beach with our beautiful Golden Retriever, George.

Meet George
OFFICE THERAPY DOG and CUDDLE DEMANDER
George is a beautiful toasty Golden Retriever and our first fur-baby. After a lifelong love/obsession of Golden Retrievers (hence the business name) and navigating fertility challenges, we knew the time was right to welcome this ball of love and energy into our lives.
