While creating beautiful designs is my passion, providing a seamless and stress-free experience is just as important to me.
With my extensive knowledge of the print industry, I can guide you on the best finishes to achieve your ideal look while staying within your budget – because I know how quickly wedding costs can add up. I offer a wide range of premium card stock and print colour options, so the possibilities are endless.
From Save the Dates & Invitations through to all of your 'On the Day' stationery and signage, I will work closely with you to design and print anything and everything you need to for your special day ahead!

Wedding Invitations
Wedding invitations is my absolute forte here at Goldie Creative. I'll work closely with you to understand your vision for your wedding and the inspiration behind your designs. There are endless ways I can bring your ideas to life, whether it's through your wedding colour theme, your florals, or incorporating the latest trends and styles - basically I can do anything your heart desires!
I offer a range of stunning print finishes, including gold foiling, embossing, digital colour printing, white printing, digital metallic printing, die-cut shapes, and beautiful embellishments like tear-drop paper clips, wax seals, and ribbons.
I can create designs to suit any style, and we’ll carry that design through to all your ‘on the day’ stationery, ensuring everything is cohesive for your special day.

I design and print a range of pieces to match your invitations and seamlessly tie into your wedding aesthetic. From place cards and tags to menus, table names/numbers, order of service booklets, and thank you cards, we ensure every detail feels cohesive and thoughtfully designed.

Signage
Wedding signs are the perfect way to add a personal touch while enhancing the overall aesthetic of your day. Beyond their visual appeal, they provide practical details for guests - whether it’s directions to the ceremony, a seating plan, or the evening’s menu.
I work closely with you to design statement signage that perfectly complements your wedding style. With a variety of mediums like foam board, acrylic, and fabric, plus multiple display options - from hanging with ribbon or luxe leather straps to standing on an easel or in our custom sign bases, there’s a perfect option for every aesthetic.
I can create everything from welcome signs and seating plans to table numbers, bar menus, order of the day signage, and smaller details like guestbook, cards & well wishes, and in loving memory signs.

Fabric Signage
Elegant and flowing linen signs add a romantic touch to your wedding. Perfect for welcome signs, bar menus, and seating plans, these stunning pieces are digitally printed on luxe off-white 100% flax linen. Printing on a thicker linen stock for stationery items like menus and place settings is possible too!
Planning a destination wedding? Linen signage is a dream to travel with - simply fold it into your suitcase for easy transport. It looks especially stunning draped among the trees, creating a beautiful, effortless aesthetic.
Personalised Acrylic
Add a personal touch to your event with custom acrylic drink tags, cocktail stirrers, and more. Whether it’s your initials on drink glasses or custom stirrers for your signature cocktails, these details create a unique keepsake for your guests.

Personalised Ribbon
Personalised ribbon is a lovely way to add a unique touch to your special day. Use it for place settings tied around a glass or menu, to address your invitations, or in any other creative way. I offer a range of sizes and colours to suit your theme.
Custom Illustrations
I offer custom venue, location, and couple photo illustrations - an unforgettable personal touch to your stationery. I absolutely love creating these one-of-a-kind illustrations for my clients.
Whether it's a special photo of you both, your venue, or your home, we can bring it to life as a beautiful illustration that can be included in your stationery and displayed in your home. You’ll receive both digital and print-ready files, making it a perfect keepsake for your special day!
Leather Straps for Hanging Signs
Hanging your sign? Add a stylish, modern touch with our premium genuine leather straps, available in black, brown, or coffee.
The straps are secured with two Chicago screws. Available in gold, silver, bronze, or gunmetal.
The strap width is 30mm, and the length can be customised to suit your frame and sign dimensions.

Wax Seals
Handmade in our studio, our wax seals add a beautiful, personal touch to your wedding stationery.
Use them to seal a vellum jacket, embellish a belly band or invite card, close an envelope, attach vellum or coloured tags to menu or place cards, add a polaroid to your guest book, or decorate your wedding favours or confetti bags. The possibilities are endless!
I offer a variety of stamp designs or you can order a custom stamp to match your style. Plus, we can source a wide range of wax colours to perfectly complement your theme. For an extra special touch, I can incorporate petals or gold and silver leaf flecks into your seals.
The wax seals come ready to use, with a self-adhesive sticker on the back for easy application.

Luxury Envelopes
Make sending your invitations effortless (and save your wrists!) with our custom guest and return address printing. Designed to perfectly match your invitations, your envelopes will look just as beautiful on the outside as what’s inside.
For an extra wow factor, I also offer hand-embossed initials and elegant envelope liners - adding a luxurious touch your guests will love from the moment they open their mail.
Custom Designed T-Shirts
I create custom-designed and printed t-shirts, perfect for hens parties and special events and is a popular trend right now! I’ll work with you to design a look that perfectly matches your event theme, incorporating your chosen colours, wording, and fonts.
Available in a range of sizes from 8 to 18.
What to Expect
My wedding stationery design process has been thoughtfully crafted and refined to ensure a seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable experience working with me!
STEP 1 - GET IN TOUCH
Please submit an inquiry via email or through the contact form on our website. Let me know exactly what you're looking for - whether it's invitations, on-the-day stationery, or signage. Be sure to include details like your desired sizes, quantities, and any inspiration images that reflect the style you love.
I’ll then get back to you with a quote, usually including multiple print setup and pricing options so you can compare and choose what best fits your budget. I understand that weddings can be expensive, and I'm committed to creating beautiful stationery while keeping your budget in mind.

STEP 2 - WORDING & INSPO
Once you’ve confirmed your quote and chosen a print option, we’re ready to start designing! Please send through all wording for your stationery in a Word document or similar format.
For on-the-day stationery and signage, I typically begin the design process once you have your final guest count, seating plan, and menus finalised. If you haven’t already, now is a great time to share inspiration images that reflect the design styles, colours, and fonts you love. Pinterest is a fantastic tool for this - many of my clients share their wedding boards with us. We can also draw inspiration from your wedding theme, bridesmaid dresses, or florals to create a cohesive look.
Please note that while I won’t replicate designs exactly from reference images due to copyright, I'm happy to use them as inspiration to create something unique and tailored just for you.
STEP 3 - DESIGN AND REFINE
This is where the magic happens! I’ll begin working on your designs and send the drafts to you for review. We’ll collaborate to make any necessary refinements, ensuring everything is just right. This is the exciting part - where your vision starts coming to life!
STEP 5 - INVOICE & PRODUCTION
Once the designs are finalised, it’s time to send them off to print! I’ll email you an invoice for the design and printing, along with an estimated production turnaround timeframe. Once payment is received, your stationery will go into production. I work closely with a select group of top-quality suppliers to ensure your stationery is nothing short of amazing!
STEP 5 - DELIVERY AND CELEBRATE
Once your printed items arrive, I’ll carefully check over the order and package everything up, ready for you. If you're collecting from my home-based office in Orewa, Auckland, I’ll be in touch to arrange a pickup time that suits you. If your order is being shipped, I’ll courier it to you with a signature required and provide a tracking code so you can follow its journey. Once your stationery is in your hands, it’s time to celebrate with a glass of bubbles!
