What to Expect
My design process has been carefully developed and refined to suit any business and its unique needs.
STEP 1 - GET IN TOUCH
I’d love to work with you if you’re committed to the process, passionate about your business, and ready to allow me creative freedom to bring your vision to life.
After receiving your enquiry, we’ll discuss your project over email, phone call, or if you’re local, I would love to meet at a local cafe. If we both feel like we're a good match for the project and ready to move forward, I’ll send you a quote for approval.
Once approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be due before any work begins.
STEP 2 - ONBOARDING QUESTIONNAIRE
To lay a solid foundation for your project, I’ll send you an in-depth client questionnaire. It covers your business, audience, vision, and style inspiration for the project. Once completed, this will guide the creative direction of your project and make sure we're aligned in every step.
STEP 3 - DESIGN AND REFINE
Here’s where the magic happens! I’ll start crafting design concepts for your review, and together, we’ll work through rounds of feedback and refinement. Once you’re happy with the final look, I’ll create the remaining items in your custom brand package, which could be print collateral, alternative logos, and personalised email signatures.
STEP 4 - DELIVERY AND CELEBRATE
After your designs are approved, I'll send over the final invoice. Once payment is received, I’ll craft a comprehensive brand guideline to ensure consistent use across all platforms. Then, I’ll organise and deliver your final artwork in a neatly packaged ZIP folder, ready to bring your brand to life. Now it's time to celebrate!
